Sterling 40 Grill
Pre-weathered corten steel base and fire bowl, 1/2" carbon steel cooktop with grate. Made with weather resistant materials and can be left outdoors in all weather conditions with a cooktop cover*. The three-part design makes it easy to transport. No required maintenance for base or fire bowl. After every wood-burning use scrape food residue into the fire and wipe cooktop with cooking oil.
*We recommend a cover if grill is left out in the elements. We sell a custom stainless steel cooktop cover for the Sterling 40 model.

Q: Will the Sterling 40 rust outdoors?
A: No. It is made with weather resistant materials so you can leave it outdoors in all weather conditions.
Q: How do I clean the Sterling 40?
A: Scrape food residue from the cooktop into the fire and wipe with cooking oil. This should be done after every use.
Q: How long does it take to heat up and cool down?
A: It takes about 30 minutes for the cooktop to heat up and about an hour to cool down.
Q: What types of food can I cook?
A: All varieties. From seafood to steak to veggies. You can also use pans on the cooktop. It's very versatile.
Q: Are there any accessories?
A: We will be offering additional accessories for purchase in late August/early September. Accessories include gas insert, stainless steel cooktop cover, 3-in-1 stainless steel smoker box, rotisserie and raised cooking grates. More to come.
